Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
One pair of Ag-NOR found in distal region of long arm of pair 12, which coincided with 18S rDNA signal. 5S rDNA signal was syntenic to this chromosome but localized in short arm. C-band was restricted in distal regions of 4 chromosome pairs (i.e. pair 4, 12, 25 and 26). Telomeric probes showed distal hybridization signals only. CMA3-DAPI stained signals were present on chromosome pairs 12 (sm) and 26 (a).
